broken climate controluncomfortable pillows
The climate control in the room was broken. A technician said it was beyond repair. The room became uncomfortably warm. The pillow selection was also disappointing. Despite a pillow menu, my requests were unmet. The provided pillows were excessively large and uncomfortable.

i like the hotel location. it was amazing with tons of restaurants and shopping right downstairs. the housekeeping is so nice and customer focused. i especially thank khun win aung for the cleanliness and attention.
the bathroom door handle was installed incorrectly. the opening and the closing of the door felt challenging.

this hotel has a great location and is situated on the main street. it is very feasible for every tourist to explore the main attractions very easily. i love the location of this hotel.

rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable plus clean. the room was very tidy and any thing i needed was already there. my room was also very ample and had a good shower, such a big plus.

candan and kanaan were so kind as our guides and are very attentive. erkan and tacettin were friendly and helpful to us! i loved them.

the breakfast included a good variety with fresh options each morning. the café had an excellent cappuccino. i found the restaurant with music and dancing very fun. the food was also tasty, so nice!
